Latest Admiral

Post by ash »

I see that the latest KiloPost sneaked in under the radar very quietly.

I think that may have been it.

Speaking of Admirals, have I aquired a Rose?

I like that, much better than a plain old admiral of the white.

Harrumph!
Lady Admiral indeed, is there no place safe from the advances of equality and diversity?

Even with a BOGOF offer, which you don't deserve, you are a long way off.

It is time for a Lady Admiral, but only on merit.

Edited to add, You are infront of Garedfox who must have a distinct advantage in the promotion stakes if only for the sakes of domestic harmony.

Christ all Mighty! A lot of drivel has to be written to become an Admiral. I am not sure I am clever enough; my repertoire of keich is limited and there just isn't anything interesting going on in my life to comment on. Even here I am now consigned to mediocrity. Will there be no end to this continuum of despair?

Are you sure that's how you spell ' Keech'?

As its use is very colloquial then it could be spelt a number of ways, I assume. However, the urban dictionary spells it as keich. I am sure I have seen it spelt like that in Electric Soup as well.

No, that was a separate issue born of despair in a moment of realisation that the forum was bereft of joy that day. This self doubt is born of the tedium I will have to go through to become an Admiral in my desperate search to be considered worthy of inclusion. It may be an end of winter thing too. But I jest of course, just incase anyone thinks I am a genuine sado. I can deal with being called a sado, because I am not a sado and such banal aspersions are acceptable.

This leads me to an interesting event which illustrates the point above. A colleague (fellow Scot) and I were struggling to lift a box out of the back of a pickup. We were magnificently uncoordinated; he moved the box one way and I the other and our fingers and knees kept getting knocked and trapped. The swearing and personal abuse flew. Much later we were having coffee and the foreman of the rig commented that he thought we were about to have a punch up and couldn't understand how were "buddies" with all that abuse we gave one another. Other nationalities fail to understand the sarcasm that Scots can give is only banter; except the Aberdonians who are sheep shaggers.

Thats a relief
Anyway - tae pick up on yer state at present - you describe yourself as not being a sado.
Now - is that a sado- masochist or a sado-fekker who likes tae scrap and argue an rant aboot nae fekker being born on that day an hoo ra feck wull ah become a fekkin admirality wioot writing a load o' keechieshite?
or was that Saddo - as in I am not sad.
