Millport toilets

Post by sahona »

Saw a reference to this on the other place. The closure of public toilets has always been a problem to me.

Unfortunately, vandalism is the major issue.

This sort of thing annoys me. The concept of investing in basic services to promote tourism seems to be lost on some of our local authorities. By all means charge users 20p to pay for someone to look after the toilets and prevent vandalism - I have in mind Inveraray where that approach seems to work well - or at least it did when I last stopped there a few years ago.
