Of course I'm always ready to take up cudgels to defend Ikea but since the post was full of dodgy links it had to go the way of all spam.
Usual returns procedure does not involve getting a replacement for the customer. If you return something (whether faulty ot not) you will get credit for it but if you want a replacement you'll have to go and get it for yourself.
Anyone ever try to return something at IKEA?
