Computer System Log Text - What Does It Mean?

OK, I keep getting kicked out of the internet at the ISP according to Apples traffic lights in Network Diagnostic. Apple's Console Program System Log on a MacBook Air is noted below. Anyone know what this means? There is a lot of snooping and control in my host country and the internet has degraded considerably over the last few months. So, being paranoid and knowing nothing about what computers do behind the key board, I stumbled into this and wondered what stealth mode is. I have to go now, someones just rang the door bell .............
