Week end Suggestions?

Post by Clyde_Wanderer »

SWMBO trying to organise a wk end for herself and her work collegues (all female) for next spring.
Preferably lower highlands to north of border.
4/5 star hotel or similar quality lodge/s, something with mild activities, swimming, sauna, perhaps a bit of decent shopping thrown in.
Any suggestions from our Scottish contingency who know of this kind of thing, venue names etc?
TIA.

I rather think Tebay Service Station would offer all they may need.

Lochgoilhead? The road should be OK by spring . Things they might not have tried before - skating curling bowling golf etc.
Nice surrounding etc.
