East Loch Tarbert fuel.

Post by aquaplane »

I found out last night that the petrol station in Tarbert has shut down.
It's probably more of a pain for folk with small boats/outboards, like my Trail Sail mates, but lots of people have a little outboard for the tender.
Petrol within an easy walk of a mooring wasn't easy to come by, now it's even harder.
Seminole.
Cheers Bob.

Sorry, meant to post that news a few days ago.
However, the new chandler in the portacabin behind the shower block, (part of Ardfern chy) has gas bottles.
So does the chandler at the other end of town, but it's a longer walk.
Petrol will be a problem until there is enough profit to make that station worthwhile again.
