Spell Check

Post by ash »

Maybe not strictly Gear and Gadgets, but Nick can move it if he's not happy.

I usually use IE8, but in the last couple of days it's not always been able to open some websites - including another sailing forum which I frequent.

Anyway - downloaded Go ogle Chrome - and find that when posting on this forum I have the wiggly red line to show my spelling mistakes and a right click comes up with some suggestions.

Is this down to Go ogle Chrome or has the functionality of this forum been improved?

Ash

BTW - the wiggly red line didn't like Google - it suggested Go ogle

.
It's Chrome - just another piece of uppity software that thinks it knows what is good for us. Us web designers hate browsers.
