Up at 07:00 and got the washing done
Went to the boat and got the Y10 into action today.
Its amazing stuff but once I'd gone along the brownish bit above the waterline it made the rest look a bit stained so I ended up doing a full pot of the stuff, then applying a cleaner then applying a coat of boat wax.
Absolutely knackered but got home in time to watch the Scots beat the Pacific Islanders.
Dined sumptuously and took wine then Skyped Dear Heart who is over in Denmark with Zimmer and the expectant offspring.
Probably just mosey off to the boozer in a while - whit a grand day!

Claymore's grand day
Does sound like a fine day indeed - for one that was not spent sailing.
Glad to hear you are well and enjoying the winter maintenance.
My own saturday was spent fitting an outside light , fusing all the electrics and then working out how to make it all work again. A learning curve indeed.

I have to agree....
when it is cold and you can't feel your fingers anymore and its a horrible job - I agree it was a fine job for a man indeed. There is never one around when you need one though!!
Congrats on the impending grandfather role. Potential crew members of the future.
