Software to write letters "posts" which?where?

Open office i dont need & find hard to use MS ditto ive been useing "roughdraft" but it has problems and yesterday lost a post for hear & letter

Roughdraft has "autocompleat" every time i type "a" it adds the word "autocopleate" i stop it but it reterns.

Now its changed the type & i cant find the one i chose to begin with!!

It also has hundreds of keyboard commands which was the problem yesterday; Normaly i dont miss the key but in 30/32 degrees with 100% humidity sitting on my bike holding the laptop on the front bag to post can result in missed keys!

Can anyone suggest a simple easy way to write letters posts & save them untill needed???

Looked in at the "other forum" where i found Lemain & others discussing tax residency & health if they came hear to post i have now the answers from a very qualified legal source.

Why not just use the MS accessories such as Wordpad or Notebook? They seem easy enough to use.
