Nick can you advice me on how to stay logged in indefinatly on this site even though it is sitting idle for a period?
There is no box where I can tick to keep me logged in that I can see!

When you log in there is a box you can tick that says log me in automatically.
Tick the box, then instead of leaving the site open all the time close that windwo/tab and re-open it when you want to come back - you should be logged on.
