Damage solely restricted to pride I trust?

Pride certainly but not sure about anything else yet.

I hope it'll be restricted to minor damage to forefoot/underside of keel since it was relatively gentle (just under 3 knots) and since we basically ran onto a shallow rocky bit rather than smack dab into a bigger, more vertical rock.

Full story when I get the blog updated but it was in Seil Sound, a mile from home, at the end of a lovely weekend, sun shining, gentle breeze astern, skipper and crew relaxing in the cockpit. I had just formed the thought "This is exactly the time you make a stupid mistake, I'll just check the chart" when there was a nasty bang and we ground to a halt!

Just after high water too but fortunately two adults can heel her significantly by hanging off the shrouds and we managed to reverse off after 10 minutes or so.

For those with chart to hand there is a slightly detached drying bit just south of Rubha na Gaolthe, the easternmost point of the southern half of Seil Island. This is stupidly close in but in my defence the tide was against us, it was 1700ish and the crew had a 5 hour drive home.

See - it's always the crew's fault even if the skipper is on the helm and has the chart in front of him.
