My NYR is not to make any NYR's.

I would never get past the first of January anyway, so why give myself bother?

Since I gave up smoking 2 years ago I have put on the thick end of 3 stone, and I don't feel well as I am.

So, "do more eat less" is plan A for this year.

It would probably be good for me if I could have >1 evening a week without booze too so plan B has to be "do more drink less".

Happy new year.
Seminole.
Cheers Bob.
