erm yes, the broker made me feel very guilty when I phoned to remove it from the listings by telling me someone from Ireland was on their way to view it tomorrow

Well I only said that to the broker to make it seem like someone was interested. Obviously I prefer something a fair bit mankier than that..

We like the berth we're in but 35 foot is probably the absolute max size for it
