PBO No. 1 adverts

The one I liked was for the Stanley screwdriver:

Big, strong and powerful... a man-sized driver for man-sized men. ... twenty inches of screwdriving power.

Aye, these were the days when men were men and sheep were worried...

There seems to be no restriction on printing the mag out, one (or two) pages at a time, but it would be quite nice to save it, either as a PDF or some other usable format. Anyone know how do do that?

I can specify Adobe PDF as my printer, and save it that way but each file is only the visible pages so it is a slow process and you need to make the file name unique for each save (easy enough - just add a number). I can then have the whole document in one folder, but haven't yet tried a way of combining it into one file.
