The Shards

Post by claymore »

I got to thinking in an idle moment in a meeting yesterday that had failed to engage me.
Do you remember when the Shards were the Sgeirs?
Auld croaky used to call the fair one Mdame Sgeir I remember but its some time since I've read an online mention of her and I got to wondering whether his goatship had rather lost what bit of imagination he used to possess. There wasn't a lot so I suppose it wouldn't take much losing - so I was thinking to help out now that we have been introduced to a Shard Offspring and for starters I've come up with the Shard Girls
Posh Shard - naturally the fair Madame Sgeir as was.
Baby Shard - speaks for itself and needs no further explanation
Scary Shard - Pilates at Puilldobhran and the sight of him strapped to our rudder coming out of Oban Bay in visibility that wasn't really so bad - he definately looked scary to us..

Does this mean that somewhere there is a Sporty Shard, who is the only one that can sing?
