It appears that it's been taken over by the Crown Estate. Any likely consequences?

..and so it is fitting that this is our first purchase of a Scottish marina.

It'll be Linnhe Marine next I'll bet.

I stay in Royal Quays at Nth Shields.

I would say very good in terms of service and quality. They are always ready to help if they possibly can.

Facilities are clean and well maintained

Staff are polite and very friendly.

Been here on and off for a number of years and happy with the place.

I was wondering if there could be potential conflict of interest between the expansion of marina interests, and the Crown Estate's control and management of moorings within its authority.

potential conflict ....

i think the regalia majora works on the principle of " what`s yours is mine and what`s mine is my ain " :)

that being the case a conflict of interest would no doubt go unoticed by one.
