Currently theyr.net comprehensively covers Europe and Scandinavia with the U.S. Canada and the Caribbean being added soon.
Theyr.net has taken a team of Icelandic meteorologists, physicists and programmers five years and 2 million Euros to develop. It was run for a trial period up to about 6 months ago with almost 100k users benefiting form the site, from commercial and lesiure sailors and fishermen to professional windsurferss and private pilots.
