what do you think the three "bee" craters who have just enrolled might be up to ?
they seem to be different sides of the same coin- although it is more likely to be a nine bob note
searchandcatch.com doesn`t open anything :?

Intramaspecting. At least they don't seem to be peddling pills.

I wonder what Nick thinks?

Keep me posted . . .

Just been looking through the list of genuine registrants - nearly 150 - not so many of them active though

NICK - is this a software or virus fault? I've clicked on these names and been connected through to the profiles of perfectly respectable new users, some peeps you know from YBW.

I think this is just the BB software re-issuing the registration numbers to new forumites after the ands and bees were deleted. The ands and bees all had links to a dodgy search engine in their profiles. I only clicked on it once since it looked as if someone was grooming the domain name for sale ie trying to build up the number of hits.

Overdue library books

Post by Silkie »

Unfortunately I was unable to get up this weekend (as I'd hoped) due to an ongoing delusional neighbour type situation. Sadly for him and his family this is not a merely facetious description and his problems are also impinging on our normal (now I am pulling your leg) domestic tranquility.

Next weekend is also out but I hope to have a long one free after that.

Can I borrow several volumes next time? Please?

By all means borrow as many as you like. Look forward to seeing you in a fortnight - maybe we can organise a mutual working party, a day on Silkie and a day on Fairwinds.

Sorry to hear about the neighbour situation . . . did you read my previous post on YBW HERE about our previous 'neighbours from hell'??

Missed that somehow. I should count my blessings.

We have had the police a couple of times (most recently called by me) and a couple of environmental health chappies but fortunately they all realise very quickly that he's nutty as a fruitcake. I don't know how it'll all end but I doubt that it'll turn into the sort of nightmare you describe.

Happy to lend a hand with Fairwinds as long as it's not raising funds for the new engine. I'm in need of a few fund-raising ideas myself.
