Don't know what happened further north, but I'm sitting at my desk in Glasgow glowing ever so red and giving off therms. It's been a flamin' education for me! Good news on the weather front though - I'm sailing next weekend so there will be a deep low off the west coast of Scotland and the Azores high will be pushed firmly back to it's rightful position.
Whit a weekend! Thirty five boats anchored in Lochranza! St Ninians Bay on Bute had the full signs up (now theres no mooring or facilities there...) Rothesay reported full. Two boats tied up together on my mooring (nothing new there though...)
Everyone and their dug was out this weekend
We managed a nice sail on Saturday before the wind dissapeared.
Roll on next weekend....
