Well, we have been looking for a steel yacht for a while now and at last have found one
. Our offer has been accepted subject to the usual sea trial and survey. Will post details when we have the keys!! We have had a few problems with paperwork relating to the sale but by reading various documents on the 'net, speaking to the RYA legal dept, surveyors, the VAT office (yes, the VAT office, and extremley helpful!!!!) and phoning various companies around the country, we have built up a very descriptive picture of this yacht.
