There is hope

Post by marisca »

Spent yesterday on the boat in its shed. New exhaust pipe fitted, seacocks greased, Morse control fettled, new valves in bilge pump - actually felt like I achieved something for a change. I can see an end to it and am beginning to think about dates for launch. Better start going to the gym again!

I haven’t even thought about the boat jobs list yet...

I got the Tinker out of the garage a couple of days ago to redo a leaking patch.
It never warmed up enough to do the job.
Put it back yesterday to keep it dry.
Oh well, try again another day.
Seminole.
Cheers Bob.

I managed to sneak the Avon flubber into the spare room before Xmas to stick a patch on the annoying slow leak. Almost got away with it!
