Nice they have left a gap for Calmac to thread through if/when reverse doesn't work.

I hope it does well, although personally I would probably be more inclined to stop at Scalpay rather than make the detour to Tarbert. But I'm usually heading to Stornoway, not everyone will be.
It's a real shame the community run shop in Scalpay didn't manage to stay open long enough to see the pontoons go in.
