It might be helpful if you were to say on whose behalf is this survey being undertaken.

I have to say that it does look like a questionnaire for commercial interests. That does not mean to say that it is not worthwhile but it is very badly constructed with some quite unsound assumptions being made.

For example there are "leading questions" about "safe anchorages" ie "Do you agree that there is a lack of safe anchorages with (on-water) essential services (main power, fresh water, wifi) ?"

Sorry, but that is just nonsense, as is "If you could stay in smaller, secluded, Marinas, in pristine bays or coves, with (power, fresh water, wifi, consumables) would you prefer this to a traditional Marina?" Well, they wouldn't be very "pristine" with all that gubbins would they?

And perhaps you'd like to explain how you get mains power to a vessel at anchor.

This smacks strongly of some commercial operation that wants to mess up traditional anchorages.

Craobh used to be a secluded anchorage in a pristine bay, now it's a marina and you can't anchor. That's a retrograde step.

Essential services in an anchorage are 0, that's why you go anchor there.

Essential services in a marina vary, many of the ones you list are at best handy to have.
