Nonsense. This eco-friendly Bentley has even got a Carnet d'antipollution from the swiss government no less, so it's bound to be fine. Cos unlike the uk govt, the swiss are determined to make us all feel good rather than very bad. The car is also secondhand (just) so it's actually a recycled car as well as a non-polluting one, and even though it's quite nice to drive with the hood down and seatheaters and heating on full tilt. Also i may give claysie a lift to make it an incredible *twice* as eco-friendly as it is already, whereas i spose you'll want to walk and nibble lentils to keep yer strength up.

how many vessels? which leader do we follow?

There seems to be a build up of takers for the May cruise. Is it going to be organised in any way or shall we all just meet at a given point and sail away into the sunset?

Are we going to descend on the T & T at any time as a small word of warning to the good lady is always advisable!

Good thinking. I nominate you for the position of Cruise Director.

The Sunday night looks favourite as usual. It's probably a bit early to get a good idea of numbers. It looks like the Jimis have to leave on Sunday and probably Dave, the Shards, the yous and me will be likely but as for the rabble...

BigNick

Will you have me?

I say chaps, is there any possibility that one might be allowed to join in this event, if there is sufficient room for one on a suitable yacht?

One can eat, drink, sail and fart just as well as most others.

One would probably fly from Southampton to Scotlandshire.

So do you want to be Cruise Director? :)

All the skippers with berths available are away from their keyboards for a while, I think. I'd happily offer you passage on the good ship Silkie but I suspect a Hurley 22 may fall outwith your definition of a "suitable" yacht.

Should we . . .

Try for round Mull again?

Maybe Tobers for Friday, Bunessan for Saturday . . . with the pontoons at Tobers and loads of pubs a night arrival might be a lot of fun.
