How strange it is not to own a boat.
All of a sudden, the sale of the old boat has completed and, the process of buying the replacement is to take a few days yet.
How odd it is not to worry about strong winds, antifouling and polishing top sides!
A very strange feeling.

Yep,
I was in the self same situation this time last year..... it was great for a while.... and then I started spotting decent weather forecasts, and a sense of panic set in!
I got to the stage where I was offering to go and help other forumites with their winter jobs lists!!!!!!!!!!!!!
However, the good news is that upon purchasing the new boat, the sense of satisfaction was wonderful.....
