Charter a classic Folkboat on the W. Coast of Scotland

Post by Nick »

.
A friend of mine who runs a sailing school has the only fully coded Folkboat in Scotland for charter from Linnhe Marine this Summer. She is all wood and in superb condition, and would make an excellent and affordable introduction to chartering on the W. Coast for a couple. You need a minimum qualification of RYA Day Skipper Practical.

Price is only £650 per week May - September. If you have a Coastal Skipper qualification and charter her for two weeks the cruising area includes the Outer Hebrides.

I'd be SO frigntened of scratching such a fine vessel, that I wouldn't enjoy it.

Don't mind the odd scratch, or three, on Rowana, but then it's up to me to fix it afterwards.
