SAILROOM
Please feel free to continue to use this facility, but if you could also use SAILROOM it would be much appreciated . . . it is going to be a struggle to reach critical mass, but well worth it for everyone when we do.

How about planning a re-launch?
Sorry to have been no more help than a couple of half-hearted attempts to sell a steaming light. I did play a key role in Sailroom's most determined bidding war though and bought an out-of-date copy of Auld Nick's Almanack!
PS - Have noticed that this post will give me the most recent on 7/10 of Bluemoment's forums. The prolific Claymore must be on holiday.
Hmmm.

It's all true . . .
I have sold SailRoom to Stingo because he is a wheeler dealer marketing genius businessman type and I am a humble web developer with the marketing skills of a small piece of wax who needs a few extra sheckels in the cruising kitty.
I have retained a tiny interest, and I hope Stingo becomes stinking rich and buys a catameringue the size of a small Jovian moon.
Now there is someone at the helm who will definitely make it work I suggest you get on there and list as much stuff as you can find in your garages, sheds, bilges, attics, bins etc.
Watching with great interest . . .

Yes . . .
I see what you mean . . . a sort of 12V Comet.
All credit to him, though - Stingo has drummed up more business in a couple of days than I managed to in a couple of months. I think he will finish what I had the vision to start.
So come on everyone, get in on the act and have a bit of fun while it's still free . . . it doesn't hurt.

Role swapping
Nick - it was great initiative to set it up. I'm sure we all wish Stingo every success in developing it, but reckon you've got the better deal. You'll be sailing while Stingoless will be sweating over a hot computer selling old Seagulls. Which reminds me...........

Jist the usual; slurred speech; unsteady gait; a tendency toward impromptu midnight swimming; laughing immoderately at the pish being spouted by those around me; conscienceless lust for anyone who doesn't already have a willie between their legs; weeping freely while listening to young children reciting the works of Rabbie Burns. You can probably fill in the less pleasant signs yourself.
