My cynical senses have been triggered by today's announcement of East coast subsea interconnectors from Fraserburgh to Drax and further cables. The parallel with Scotland's oil is startling - wind farm licences sold to the highest (usually non-Scottish) bidder, wind farms owned, manufactured and assembled by foreign companies, the "product" shipped away from Scotland (no cheap leccy here) with our domestic prices kept high by market forces.
Please can someone reassure me this is not another rape of Scotland's resources for the benefit of anyone other than the peoples who live here?

No, because it is a rip off once again.
When will folk wake up and see what is being done to us again?

.
Why are ScotGov keeping quiet about this? (Answer - because they are collaborators)
They are not even commenting on the ludicrous GERS figures out this week.
I have no idea when the Scots will wake up, but I now fear it will not be in my lifetime.
