Bread backing with Lidels bread mix and woman!

For the last few months my Lidel bad mix hasent worked well,alwaysre makes small compact loaves,ive been useing flour and yeast

This week somene said the bread was hard! It was as id forgoten it,it was in the oven for 4 hours!!!

Next day she made a Lidle bread mix bread and it turned out perfect!!!I made one the next day it turned out half her size??

We both made a bread together one each we both worked the doe for the same time left it to rest in the same sun for the same time etc

Put them in the same oven hers turned out twice as big as mine perfect bread!! mine normal but not nearly as good

Why?? What do woman have i havent??

I think you may need to change your sourdough mix. Have you considered one of these quick yeast sachets and fresh bread flour? I've been told my baps are amazing and my Chelsea buns are something to behold.
