COVID Vaccination Letters from The NHS

If you need evidence of vaccination, you can obtain an official letter from your NHS via the following links: -

I required evidence for a work project and used the NHS Scotland phone number to request one, which was stated to take up to 21 days, mine arrived in 10 days.
