I've heard a few rumours about Kerrera. Rather than repeat them, can I through the floor open to anyone with actual news?

An acquaintance keeps his boat at Kerrera. He's a whingey sort if there's anything to moan about. At our latest meeting a week ago, his only concern was the faff of the ferry to Kerrera. He is inquisitive and retired so he generally gets hold of any newsy hints early on so my poorly-informed guess is that Kerrera is no worse than it has been of late.
