I can't yet think of a use for it but I feel this http://www2.westfalia.net/shops/car_acc ... c8e813e77a must have lots of uses on any boat with those cigar lighter 12 volt sockets. I wouldn't be surprised if its applications weren't worth a forum of their own.

timer relay

Not sure about that timer, but I do use a delay relay intended for auto interior lights as my bilgepump switch in order to reduce cycling.
