So what are your destination plans for the frosty months?
We aren't being too adventurous... just local stuff... and definitely ending in marinas so that we can get mains power for heating purposes!

My plan was to have a last sail this weekend and lift out next week. With over 50 kts forecast for Friday/Saturday the first bit looks in doubt so I might postpone the lift-out too.
You still up for it if the wind is on the right side of 50 kts Nick?!?

I'd like to visit the Scillies on one of these clear frosty periods! Need some settkled weather though.

We did the same - but the weather's been so bad I've not been out since. It must settle down sometime.

Looks like, once Friday is out of the way, then it won't be too bad over the weekend.... at least on the east coast.... didn't pay too much attention to the weather for you guys a wee bit further north.....
Mind you, its going to chuck it down in the west country...

Apart from the first 12 hours on Sunday it looks like nothing less than F6 until Wednesday, in the NW.
