Ra Claymore Odeon

Post by claymore »

Ah'm thinkin tae replace ra trusty laptop with one of they wee cubie things which will be mair quickerer and wull be uptae the mark fer this navigation stuff.
Anyone else of a similar mind?
The Shuttle XPC Barebone SN68SG2 with NVIDIA® GeForce 7025 chipset is designed to support the latest 65nm AM2 multi-core processors and the integrated 3D graphics engine supports the breathtaking Windows Aero™ 3D visual interface of Windows Vista. With 7.1 audio, Gigabit LAN, SATA 3 Gb/s and low noise heat-pipe cooling engine this barebone is a great choice for an advanced business PC.

Ah'm thinkin tae run DVD's of an evening by converting ra fornicatorium intae a cinema hoos and charging youse all.
Whit wid ye be prepared tae pay fer an evening wi a drappie sat by r'eberspacher instead o trampin oer the hill tae ra hoos o the troosers?
Wid ye think a fiver wiz reasonable?

Perhaps better to Keep the Fornicatorium for it's intended purpose and charge to watch that? Not having seen the quality of performances to date not sure what would be a reasonable price to charge.

Good pieces of kit, but make sure it has a bit of air to breathe.
Way overspecced for anything you are ever likely to do with it mind you . . .

Even ma smackedbotties.com site?

Well - the laptop is grinding slower by the day and now I have the maxsea programme its just slowed everything down to a crawl so I thought I'd bite the bullet and put my music on it as well.
Got a nice dry locker in the aft cabin where it can live with room to breathe as you suggest.
Glad you are back in one piece - no doubt the whole sordid affair will be revealed to us in due course - fer Gods sake don't start moaning aboot the weather or the price of things.....
