How is everyone managing to miss running into Billia Croo?

The West cardinal has been parked on the pier at Oban for some time now.

Nae buddy iss oot oan the watter so nae buddies hittin nuthin..

Even Calmac is keeping a low profile.

Spooky quiet up here. No fishing boats, no sailie boaties - only some fish farm boats chugging about.

No planes droning overhead, no vapour trails, No cars or motorbikes howling up the bealach.

All I can hear sitting here is tweetie birdies, a woodpecker sometimes.

I was wondering if Nicola would mind if I walked across the car park tae mah wee boatie , fired up the donkey and turned her round on the pontoon so’s I can walk oantae the back steps instead of climbing over the guard wires?

Wid that be an essential journey?

Wullyum
Absolutely essential in my opinion.
Now let's look at this in mair detail wi an eye tae continuing wi the current state of Planet cleansing.
1 - Is the Donk essential for this task or could it be managed through the ingenious use o' a cats cradle o yer finest string?
2 - Is the Donk really a safety fallback so if it all goes bozooms skyward, ye could possible extricate yerself frae the self created perdickament rather than asking they nice chappies based in Oban tae scoosh doon an' save yer weary airse frae public humiliation.

I'd go fer a mixture.... Hope that helps.
Whilst yer a it - wid ye mind fixing ra webcam at AYC so as I can see ma underused asset?
