Re: Drinks
I see we have been debating this since October 2011...................
Yes, its that time of year again.
Suggestions please: date, time, place? We usually do this in the Athens of the North in a pub named after a Greek pillar.
Might this also be a Rockall Reunion, a scheme hatched at last year's drinks?

Don't the years fly by? May I suggest week commencing 10th December except the Friday to avoid the temptation to plank the bonus plonkers? Mind you, if you lot are going to witter on about bloody Rockall all night I'm not sure I will have the will to live.

Dread nought, fear less...................there's not a lot to say about Rockall. It will be a very short conversationmarisca wrote:Mind you, if you lot are going to witter on about bloody Rockall all night I'm not sure I will have the will to live.

Re: Drinks
The Doric seems traditional ............ unless, of course someone has another idea? The Oban Inn or the Troosers is a wee bit out the way for southerners.

I'm wishing you all well, from a distance, about 250 miles distance.
I have been to Glasgow Scuttlebutt meets courtesy of Ash and the train to toon, but it would make it a dear night with Travelodge thrown in.
I hope you have a good one.

Re: Drinks
If it’s Wednesday 12th near a railway station in Edinburgh I’ll come along. That will probably result it being in Aberdeen on the Monday
