Hamsi's sail blog

Post by SteveN »

A neighbouring boat in the yard at Creran launches just for the summer cruise each year (as do we sometimes). A week to get the boat ready, 3 or 4 weeks afloat and then back out and sheeted-up in the yard until next year's visit.

This year they launched on 1st. June and decided to head for... Canada!

Hamsi's blog can be found here for anyone interested in following their progress.

Thanks for posting this, I really enjoy people just getting on and doing this kind of thing, no fuss...

One year and a bit on and they've just returned; their latest blog entry puts them in the Sound of Mull at 18:15 today. Good effort.
