Ulva Ferry Pontoon

Post by ash »

A new potential stopover for the next CC Round Mull?

I've only visited by car.

We were there on Sunday 14 August 2016 and it had only just opened.

Not yet. We're having a second night here.

Just back from a walk up through the woods to the top of the hill.

Weather feels like Greece, sunny and strong afternoon breeze.

Having a lazy day.

Have you been here? It's a great privately owned facility.

I had just composed a post about it but lost internet before I could submit it.

Just going up to the shop for an icecream!

Think that we are going up the hotel for a drink tonight after dinner on board, Joan is making Chilli.

Are you still in Yorkshire? Or back in Scotland with a supply of freshly laundered socks?

I'm in Mirfield.

Doing boaty stuff though, cancelling ships radio licence for Chiron and applying for a new one for Seminole, and other stuff.

Bringing mum up on Friday for a couple of weeks in the Clyde.
Seminole.

Good, we'll maybe catch up with you and your Mum somewhere.

I'll keep in touch.

Just back after a couple of pints in the hotel.

Think that we're going back to Loch Aline tomorrow to see it without the rain.

Tides and wind likely to be contrary so it might need to be the Beta.
