I'm not speaking to you.
We were, however speaking about you on Friday evening last when we were moored up in Tayvallich.
I was recalling to the crew the fact that when you are in such a situation, you just probably walk ashore...
How they laughed. I have to admit the tale does rather grow with every retelling. I think I have you doing 10 yards along the surface now before your ankles get damp...

A slight digression, but does anyone on here have the Gaelic? Both liath and glas are grey in Gaelic, but are they the same shade of grey? (I have a mental picture that liath is slate grey and glas is green-y grey but this is based on absolutely nothing and may well be completely wrong.)
Similarly ruadh and dearg for red. (I have no mental picture for any difference in this case.)
