I have bench tested the turbine and it produces volts when spun. There is some powder coating scuffing, but condition is not bad. One new vane. No controller.
It comes with a mounting pole but no other fixings so posting out would be expensive, which is why I am offering it here rather than fleabay.
Collection or drop-off by arrangement.
