As a former denizen of the famous Etive Slabs I have long held an ambition to dauner up there by sea. However with an air draft of 16m my syndicate partners look very nervous when I muse on the possibility. A visit to the bridge at slack water springs with a long bit of string to measure the actual clearance may be called for.
