jumble jumbles

Ardfern was small but much more jumbly than Irvine with it's preponderance of dealer stalls. I got a slightly soft fender for a quid and Nick got THE CHART for two quid, among other things.

Sunday April 30

Sunday April 30 in Irvine - don't think I'll bother. It's definitely the weekend of the Chentleman's Cruise. And I want to see the marine plastering demonstration.

For Spring to start, it seems to me that there needs to have been a winter......

Spring is sprung
The grass is riz
I wonder where the birdies is
Some say the bird is on the wing
But that's absurd
The wing is on the burd
BLESSED ARE THOSE WHO ARE CRACKED,
FOR THEY ARE THE ONES WHO LET IN THE LIGHT

A Tit sat on my windowsill
Chirruping its cheerful din
Until I slammed the casement down
And crushed the fekkers heed in

Apparently the Metreologlogloglogical Office say tomorrow (28th February) is the last day of Winter by their reckoning. However, most people still call the 20th March the first day of spring.

There's some sort of missing zone here
