RYA diesel engine DVD

hi folks, I bought the RYAs diesel engine maintenance book at a market, however I was not aware that it should have contained a instructional DVD, I was wondering if anyone knew where I could buy the DVD, I have checked the PBO site and found out it originally came free in the PBO January 2006 edition, I have tried contacting them with no luck. regards steve
