Carry-out crisis

Post by Silkie »

The Indian, Chinese and Thai restaurants in Tobermory are all currently shut following a recent crackdown on illegal immigration (!) and the fish and chip van queue requires considerable patience as a result. I cooked aboard.

So, the long testicles of HM Border Agency have reached the fair Island of Mull. Will it be Skye next, or Coll?

Skye has already been gotcha'd. The new Indian at the top of the pier road is all finished ready to go, but has a lack of staff after a few were shown the plane home. Apparently there's been a few other establishments on the island looking for replacement staff in a hurry too.

I hope they don't start that raiding in Aberdeen while I'm here- I'd starve!
