There's a rather unpleasant gentleman on Seil Chat trying to make life difficult for my local.
It might be nice if any of you who value this hostelry cared to put in a good word on said forum . . .
Do you like the Tigh an Truish?

Now the thunder has started and Summer is over, perhaps, in the spirit of 'Holidaymakers' post, we can all contribute an example of someone who (in your experience) should not be allowed near the tourist industry.
Who did you come across this year?
I'll submit the guy who drives the Holy Isle ferry out of Lamlash, Arran. He seems to exclusively own the pier area, and on one occasion deliberately moved his boat forcing us to ground the outboard (running) on the rocks.
When challenged over his courtesy to tourists, his response was "I hate tourists".
The person in question makes a living from selling ferry seats and renting moorings, but not to me no more.
