We're not long in at Tobermory, having had a very pleasant tack down Loch Sunart; guess you're well round Ardnamurchan by now.Nick wrote:We may meet up ?
Used a new (to us) anchorage in the bay immediately north of Rubha na h'Eaglaise on Charna. We anchored in between the rocks visible at low tide, perfect for anything between S and NW. The wind actually turned SE yesterday morning but there was no fetch to speak of and plenty of swinging room (we had 40m in the water in case the F8 materialised (it didn't). Checked the bottom by swinging the lead before we dropped anchor - sand, good holding.
