Why is it American flagged? Is the Phillipines the 52nd state now? Or is he claiming that Scots lineage entitles him to US citizenship? Or is he actually a Yank anyway?

Maybe I should visit him next time I'm in the Philippines and sell him a Bule Moment Burgee. been there twice so far this year but unfortunately, not to the the marinas and yacht clubs.
