. . . is the preferred spelling according to the Scots Dictionary, while the Urban Dictionary prefers keich

So - I think you can spell it either way.

Of course, for an east coaster sharn is the preferred epithet . . .

I don't think many on here actually "use" any time, they're more likely to just watch it pass them by.

By the way, and that, as they say, somewhere in the house I have a Keech trademarked ukulele banjo that I acquired as a child.
