Glasgow Science Centre

Post by Pete Cooper »

I visited Glasgow Science Centre for the first time on Monday and really enjoyed it. It is full of lots of interactive stuff where some scientific priciples are demonstrated and explained in a simple manner. It is probably aimed at children, and there is one smallish part where you have to be accompanied by an under 7 year old, but I thought it was brilliant. We attended a short planetarium show whilst there and that was also very good.
The exhibits range from a simple demonstration of leverage to many optical illusions, spacial awareness reflex testing etc etc.
As Wallace & Grommit would say "A grand day out".
