Grandpa Claymore

Post by claymore »

Readers of my other column will be aware that the offspring has declared herself with child.

They will also be aware of a certain domestic tension at Claymore Towers over the tricky issue of the availability of Dear Heart to assist with the Tobermory Race finish duties in July.

Would anyone fancy a few days with my good self around about the 15th July onwards??
Regards
Claymore

Congratulations on your forthcoming grandfatherhood. I presume that matters took a turn for the worse when you raised the little matter of the Tobermory race.

I'd be up for it if there's no requirement for the crew to know anything about the finer points of the racing rules.

Why don't we take Silkie? I'm sure the cannon could be mounted on the lazarette hatch. :)

Congratulations on your imminent move up the family tree. Don't forget to lay in a supply of Werther's.
